About This Project

The Greater London Authority is the body which makes strategic decisions about London. These range from Planning, Environment and Roads to Arts, Entertainment and Sporting events. The GLA is headed by the Mayor of London.

What they needed

The 750 staff of the GLA had a very important ambassadorial role to play for the 2012 games. The GLA wanted their staff to really understand the excitement, vibrancy and fun that the games would generate. To really understand the critical nature of their roles during the games and to be “up for it.”

What we did

We consulted at length with the organisation and developed workshops that all employees attended to meet their objectives. The work shops were highly interactive and informative, they were vibrant and engaging, mirroring the expectations of what London would be like during the games.

What they said

“I attended your session on the Games Induction yesterday. I am really excited about my role during the games, I had no idea that there would be so much happening. If Usain Bolt wins the gold on Jamacian independence day I am getting to that party!” Kim

“Thanks for all your hard work with this project. The feedback has been very good. Hope to do more work with you in the future.” LA
