VIRTUAL TRAINING EVENTS
Talking at people simply doesn’t work – here at Professional Development People, we recognise, encourage and champion the need for interaction to create strong learning outcomes.
During Covid-19 lockdown period it has been difficult to achieve that; but business’ have an even greater need to develop their staff.
So we’ve established an online classroom, where people really do just that – interact, collaborate and be challenged, whilst working safely and remotely.
View it in action here. We think its a game changer.….
FEEDBACK FROM DELEGATES
Thanks for a brilliant Soft Skills event, always great to work with you
Really good session today – very interactive and covered a lot of relevant content. Looking forward to seeing how much of it we can put into practice next week.
That was the best virtual course I have ever done! Thanks
Lost myself in the training, its not like any distance learning I’ve ever seen.
It is helpful that I can go back to the mural to refresh my learning. Thanks Richard
Really engaging and interactive sessions, really good delivery from both Richard and Mural. Would have liked more time to cover more topics.
Thanks for a brilliant, thought provoking Performance Development Review course, I really enjoyed it, especially using Mural.
Paula was an absolute inspiration, her energy, knowledge and expertise are superb. Cannot wait for my next course
I found the sessions extremely helpful in allowing me to reflect on my own performance as a manager using the tools provided by Richard, particularly the area around different types of managerial styles. There was also a sense of transparency in these sessions as Richard was very open and honest about his own experiences and how the various components of being a “gold standard manager” influenced those experiences.
I am looking forward to my 1-2-1 with Richard to further explore and assess my own managerial qualities and where I can look to change to grow using his assistance.
We would love to talk about your business and how we can help you move your people forward.
