G4S Cash UK ltd are a part of the larger FTSE 100 company. They specialise in outsourcing cash issues for business. The organisation has branches across the company and a large workforce of dedicated operatives. The company is responsible for the movement of a huge proportion of the cash in the UK. Outsourcing this vital service from banks and retailers alike.
The business has a large volume of operational workers, many of whom get promoted into management positions because they behave well and are good at their jobs. Without any management skills and development input they can get swamped. G4S Cash wanted an engagement programme for all managers to understand what managing effectively looked like and how they can achieve that by making small behavioural changes.
In collaboration with the “Talent Development Team” we scoped and designed a series of high impact practical two day training events to work on the Knowledge, Attitudes, Skills and Habitual behaviours that we needed by Junior managers. subsequently we delivered these events in a variety of locations across the country for 300+ managers. The second tier of development was focussed on “the customer” and how to deliver excellence.
